SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
We are seeking a Medical Device Sales Professional to join the Med-Advise Team! Team members will be focused on spinal implants and market development in the Phoenix, AZ market. This dynamic position is built on a foundation of patient and surgeon advocacy.
- Develop relationships throughout the practice
- Present and sell company products and services to customers, new and existing
- Prospect and contact potential new surgeon partners
- Prepare needed supplies and implants for surgical procedures
- Maintain inventory accuracy and provide support to surgical facilities
- Coordinate training opportunities for self, surgeon partners and surgical team members
- Cover surgeries as indicated and coordinate additional support as needed
- Communicate effectively with sales team members and logistics support
- Become credentialed in hospital systems
EMPLOYMENT: Full Time
DEGREE: Bachelors Degree or Higher
PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE: 2+ Years
PAY: Experience Based
DESCRIPTION:
Candidate must have the ability to gain relationships with Operating Room Staff and Surgeons. Have an ability to effectively discuss product usage, anatomy and technical application in an Operating Room setting. Willingness to expand knowledge of various techniques and introduction of unique and new technologies. Must be a continuous resource to surgeon partners professionally and operatively. Continue to grow product usage with surgeon partners, expanding indications and applications.
